The LifeStream

Here is an interesting information visualization concept called LifeStream by Experientia for Vodafone. I could see how this model could map to Oblong’s G-Speak or even Apple’s iPad. I also like how they show the mobile experience here (tho I would have gone for a more of a horizontal experience there). (found via Mike Lee)
I think one of the most critical points in how we will manage data is going to be dynamic association (context). Meaning, providing value (information) to bits of different types of data when grouped together. This is where we can extend our depth of understanding (knowledge) in data to levels at which we haven’t even fathomed yet.
