The ROI of User Experience

Those who know me will know that I personally tend to be less interested in the ROI and more interested in the KPI of things, but Dr. Susan Weinschenk of HFI has put together this great short video on the ROI of UX. While it is a simplified view of the field of UX (only covering some aspects of UX), I think that’s what makes this video great. The final art is available as a poster from HFI, tho I didn’t get one for myself because the information they were asking for seemed excessive.
