Thinking Visually

David Armano, the VP of Experience Design at Critical Mass, gave an excellent talk at Chicago Convergence on the topic of visual thinking. He goes through the process of taking complex ideas and distilling them down to simple ideas. He explains the process of brainstorming by sketching, analyzing by observing, story telling by design. This is a very good talk and I highly recommend you check it out. [via Dave Gray]
