Process Flows

Process Flows are a critical component for successful web sites and web application. Process Flows help explain how the user is going to interact with the site or system. At PCD Group I was in charge of the of the information architecture for the CitiBusiness online telesales credit application. The system turned out to be pretty complicated and needed a simplfied process flow to help explan how the system would work both to the programmers as well as to the client.
Each of the process flows shown here represent a different type of user. The system was customized and delivered specific functionality for each user type. For example, telesales reps could process credit apps and search for credit apps, while ACAPS users could export and print apps for processing within the credit verification system. Managers also had access to the system so they could run reports on how effective each telesales rep and ACAPS user was in metrics such as call lenth and percentage of prospects that completed credit apps through that user.
