Citibank
They say user-centered design is only really effective if you have a good understanding of who your users are. Personas and User Scenarios help to achieve this goal by communicating various categories and types of people you would find using your web site or web application.
For the Citibank project I decided to combine both personas and user scenarios into a single document and list the users needs based on tasks at hand. Through this we were able to develop or web application to support that specific users needs based on how they would preform each task.
