Wikis
- Biz: There are two I's in Wiki - For collaborative, team documentation wiki's really win.
- Nick: Wikis are for thought leaders - They are effective in taking institutions from being producers to being innovators.
- Mary: Wiki's are the simplest and increasingly most flexible repository for shared information and collaboration.
Email
- Biz: Email flows like water - Its still a important hub of communication, tying everything together in one place.
- Nick: Email is a blackhole - Tribal knowlegde is lost within the recesses of inboxes every day.
- Mary: Email has distinct uses, for direct communication. But with it's large number of flaws, coordinating projects of more than 10 people via email is awkward, especially if those individuals are interested in specific areas of the project.
